Definitions |
Affiliates |
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfi nancial companies. Afilliated compnaies include City Auto Sales, LLC; Auto Next; and City Leasing. |

Nonaffiliates |
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfi nancial companies. Nonaffilliates can include banks, motor vehicle finance compnaies, insurance companies, and direct marketing companies. |

Joint marketing |
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Joint marketing participants include finance companies, extended service contract providers, & GAP waiver or insurance companies. |
